Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We currently only offer sales and shipping to United States addresses.

Individual items may vary, and final shipping is computed during the checkout process. Feel free to contact us if you have questions.

Rigid kayaks and canoes present a unique challenge for shipping. We work with a variety of third party partners to minimize shipping costs and damage.

Kayaks are usually shipped within 3-5 days of the order being received, and delivery may take another 3-5 weeks. With conditions frequently changing, feel free to reach out to us and we can confirm estimated dates before ordering.

Shipping of rigid hulls to Alaska or Hawaii is currently not available. Contact us for a quote if there are special circumstances.
