Product Details

The Jackson team spent months studying designs to further improve the on water experience for their customers. They modeled, printed and tested several profiles before finishing the distinctive elements of their 3D rudder.

Their new rudder is injection molded glass filled nylon. It carries additional blade length which improves turning radius and tracking. They also enhanced the blade geometry which optimizes interaction between the water column and rudder blade that can be felt when maneuvering your FD. The rudder post is notched which allows debris to flow down and out of the space between the post and scupper when in use.
